Hogwarts is the perfect example of what the Church is supposed to be and how the Church is supposed to function. At Hogwarts students come from all over the world to learn there purpose in life. This is what the Church is supposed to do. The Church is supposed to prepare people for fulfilling their purpose in life.
At Hogwarts students come from two different pre Hogwarts lives. The first group is students who have no knowledge of magic, because they have grown with out any knowledge of magic. The second group of students are those who have grown up around magic and have a knowledge of magic. The Church is made up of similar groups. Those who have no knowledge of God, but have a deep longing to know God (they are trying to fill a God sized hole in their life). The second group is those who have grown around the Church and have a knowledge of God. Both of these groups have the same goal. To come to know God better and to walk out their purpose.
The Church like Hogwarts has a duty to grow and develop both of these groups of people. It is only when the Church fulfills this purpose will we see world change.
