What is David telling us in this Psalm? He is telling us the key to finding joy in our life. And that key is very simply to remember all the things that God has done in your life and to thank him for all the wonderful things he has done in your life. The mark of a truly joyful person is when they are able to sing and praise God for what he has done in their life’s even in the darkest and most trying times of their life. The key to finding God’s joy for your life is to develop an attitude of gratitude.
