Verse of the Day 7-15-22

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:57

1 Corinthians 15:50-58 is entirely devoted to the victory that we as followers of Christ have over death, through the resurrection. And that victory comes in two distinct ways. Because Christ not only brings victory over death in the resurrection, but he also brings victory over sin that leads to death, which is why those of us who are followers of Christ have no reason to fear death.
